    Chatyr-Dag mountain range

Chatyr-Dag is a mountain range (mountain pasture and caves). Is situated in the central part of the Crimean peninsula, in 10 km fro the sea and is the fifth in the Crimea for its heights. Earlier it wasn’t so remote    from the main ridge, it separated as a result of erosion  of  rivers Babugan Ulu Uzen and Alma, from Demirci and Dolgorukovskaya plateau river Angara.
